Managed day-to-day operations of the public-access television station
in Petaluma, CA. Prepared curriculum and taught group
production classes for the general public for three years.

Responsible for equipment inventory, check out and repairs.
Produced and directed live and prerecorded public interest local
programming for cablecast to residents of Petaluma.

Programming of 5 E.G. channels, including TV Tacoma, Rainier
Communications Commission, CityPost, Tacoma Public Schools and Bates
CollegeVision. Compiled programming to playback server,
allocated VTR resources, performed quality control with waveform
monitor and frame synchronizers as needed. Entered
programming information into Matco: fully automated playback
software. Created and maintained error log database in
Microsoft Access. Edited photos and created graphics using
PhotoShop for Scala electronic bulletin board. Assisted in
Franchise Administration duties such as telecommunications provider
compliance. Designed and maintained public relations web site.
